      Vines dangle
      from the bushes.
      Wolves stalk their prey.
      Owls hoot.
      Witches cackle.
      Dust gets kicked.
      Foxes jump fences
      And dig into garbage.
      Birds sleep soundly.
      Fires turn wood to ash.
      Lights glow in the mist.
      Time moves,
      is moving,
      will move.
      If we do nothing,
      all is gone.
