      Releasing December 1998, issue #10 celebrates the work of 14 poets who were incarcerated at the time. Poetry in the prisons programs are ubiquitous throughout the U.S., and are hugely beneficial tools for rehabilitation. Ken Lamberton and legendary prisons teacher Richard Shelton share a pair of essays on the subject.
